Todd Hellman engages education leaders across the country in ideation and investigation into various educational-improvement initiatives as well as providing counsel around change leadership, communications, and data quality. He has helped architect several of Battelle for Kids’ educational-improvement solutions, such as BFK•Link, BFK•Award, and BFK•Learn. Hellman has nearly 20 years of experience working in education, change management, consulting, information technology, and solutions design for state and local education agencies. He has served as a panelist or speaker at various conferences and events, including the Iowa Education Summit; University of Texas D.A.T.E. Technical Assistance; Evaluating and Rewarding Educator Excellence in Houston and at Vanderbilt University; Strategic Compensation in Eagle County, Colo.; National Comprehensive Center on Teacher Quality, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s annual partner site conference.
