Lynn Kepp is the senior vice president of program innovations and operations for the New Teacher Center, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to improving student learning by accelerating the effectiveness of teachers and school leaders. She oversees innovations to program services and operations for services for new teachers, mentors and administrators. She has served in a variety of roles at NTC, including senior vice president of professional services, director of online professional development, a founding developer of the e-Mentoring for Student Success program, and a professional development presenter. Prior to joining the NTC, Kepp was the coordinator of the credential programs at the University of California, Santa Cruz. She has a doctorate in education from the University of California, Riverside with a research focus on teacher development and a master’s degree in science education from California State University, Fullerton. She taught high school science, courses in pre-service programs, and served as a district mentor teacher.
