Jim Bradshaw has worked at the U.S. Department of Education for more than 30 years in the area of public affairs. He handles reporters’ questions related to civil rights, postsecondary education, statistics, special education and the budget. Bradshaw previously worked for newspapers in Oklahoma City, Albuquerque, N.M., and Ada, Okla. His parents and grandfather were all newspaper reporters and editors in Oklahoma, and his father is in the Oklahoma Journalism Hall of Fame.
