Danette Parsley provides oversight for all of Education Northwest’s programs. She leads the Northwest Rural Innovation and Student Engagement Network (NW RISE) and is guest editor for an upcoming Peabody Journal of Education issue on rural school improvement. She also co-leads the development and delivery of the Technical Assistance Academy. Parsley holds a doctorate in organization change from Pepperdine University and a master’s degree in educational psychology, research and evaluation methodology from the University of Colorado Denver.
