Allison Rodman is the Founder of The Learning Loop, an educational consulting organization that provides professional learning services to districts, schools, and educational nonprofit organizations. Allison is deeply committed to connecting educators together and sharing resources to personalize the learning process for all. The goal of her work is to support the whole child and whole teacher to view learning as a process and not an endpoint. Her work on personalized professional learning has been featured by a variety of education outlets. She supports the planning, design, and facilitation of professional learning experiences for schools and districts internationally. Allison brings practitioner experience as a teacher, instructional coach, school administrator, director of curriculum and instruction, director of professional development, and board member. She was selected as one of 25 educators internationally to the ASCD Emerging Leaders Class of 2013, and in 2016 she was named an ASCD Influence Leader. In 2018, Allison’s work as a Startup Founder was recognized by EdTech Digest, and she was named a 2018 Leadership Finalist. More information on Allison can be found here.
