Dana Kelly is the branch chief of the International Assessments Branch at the National Center for Education Statistics in the U.S. Department of Education. In this role, she oversees U.S. implementation of international assessments and surveys, including PISA, TIMSS, PIRLS, PIAAC, and TALIS. Kelly is also the U.S. representative to the PISA Governing Board and is on the Standing Committee of the International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievement. She has worked on international assessments for more than 20 years.
