The International Association for K-12 Online Learning (iNACOL)
The International Association for K-12 Online Learning (iNACOL) is a non-profit organization that advocates for the use of quality online educational tools to provide more students access to a high quality education. The group was previously known as the North American Council for Online Learning.
The Association in Oct. 2011 issued its standards for “Quality Online Courses.” iNACOL manages the Online Learning Clearinghouse (supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and WestEd). iNACOL also published a series of papers on Promising Practices in Online Learning (2008/2009)
