School Districts Not Tracking College Completion

Much of that victory belongs to a new and deceivingly straightforward college counseling strategy D.C. schools officials spent years developing and began implementing last academic year: Show students which colleges and universities are doing a good job helping D.C. students earn a degree and which aren’t.
