Hillary Clinton slammed Gov. Scott Walker and his record on higher education Tuesday during a New Hampshire campaign stop.

At a town hall meeting in Claremont, she told the crowd that Wisconsin’s Republican governor “seems to be delighting in slashing higher education in his state.”

In a statement, Walker said it was Clinton who would raise the costs of higher education.
