Adam Lowe is the first executive director of the National Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships (NACEP), helping to steer a previously all-volunteer professional organization through a time of growth and transition. NACEP works to ensure that college courses offered by high school teachers are as rigorous as courses offered on the sponsoring college campus, and is the sole accrediting body for concurrent enrollment partnerships. Under his leadership, NACEP’s accreditation services have professionalized to align with best practices and are more widely recognized by states, institutions and professional organizations, with the number of accredited programs doubling. Through its network of members and affiliated chapters, the organization is expanding its reach by hosting state and regional professional development events throughout the year.
