Booth Specifications
All booths are 6'x 3' with two chairs, a standard sign with the exhibitor's name and booth number. No walls, partitions, decorations or obstructions that may interfere with the view of any other booth may be erected.

Fee includes one registration; see other rates on enclosed application form. A non-refundable deposit of 50 percent is required with the contract; the balance is due March 5, 2010. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first served basis, and EWA will make every effort to provide exhibitors with their first choice.

Exhibitor Deadlines
March 5, 2010 - Balance of booth fee due from all exhibitors.
April 1, 2010 - Exhibit descriptions deadline for all exhibitors.
April 9, 2010 - Deadline for cancellation and refund.
