Advertising Policy:
EWA welcomes advertising from organizations that wish to announce a new publication, report, web site, or other product or service that may be useful to reporters. EWA reserves the right to refuse or reject any specific advertising as inappropriate to disseminate to its membership.

Specifications for All Advertising
All advertising is black and white unless otherwise specified.

Preferred material: Submit Word documents. If submitting application files, you must include all linked elements (logos, photos, and graphics), and you must provide Postscript Type 1 screen and printer fonts for all fonts used, including those used in logos and graphics. Submitted materials not meeting these specifications will incur additional processing and ad preparation charges billed at $150.00 per hour, with a $75.00 minimum charge.
