Education Secretary Arne Duncan to Speak at EWA National Seminar in April

EWA is pleased to announce one of its keynote speakers for this year's National Seminar in New Orleans: Arne Duncan, U.S. secretary of education, will be joining us to discuss the state of America's schools and President Obama's agenda for U.S. students and educators.

“Recovery and Reform: Aiming for Excellence in Uncertain Times” will be held April 7-9, 2011, at the Intercontinental Hotel in New Orleans. Reporters are invited to apply for scholarships to attend the meeting, which will feature leading thinkers and policymakers influencing education policy today.
