Chance for College by Age 19 by State, 1986 to 2008

The latest issue of the monthly research letter OPPORTUNITY offers its biennial report on "Chance for College by Age 19."  The analysis finds that more 19-year-olds than ever were enrolled in college in 2008. The report also concludes that most states made progress in the past decade in improving both high school graduation rates and college continuation rates.
