Rodney K. Ferguson joins international strategic communications consultant firm.

EWA board member Rodney Ferguson has been named a new partner at Brunswick Group LLC’s Washington office, an international strategic communications consultant firm.

In his new role, he will focus on public affairs issues and developing communication strategy.

Ferguson previously served as a managing director and principal at Lipman Hearne providing counsel to clients such as the Brookings Institution, US Department of Education, RAND, Scholastic Inc., and the National Children’s Medical Center.

Prior to joining Lipman Hearne in 1999, Ferguson worked as a management consultant at Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

A former journalist, Ferguson worked in the DC bureaus of the Wall Street Journal and the Cleveland Plain Dealer.

He has a master’s degree in public policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a bachelor’s degree from Birmingham Southern College.
