Rethinking the Middleman: Federal Student Loan Guaranty Agencies
The New America Foundation has released a new report Rethinking the Middleman: Federal Student Loan Guaranty Agencies providing an overview of the history and current responsibilities of guaranty agenices and complex entities that make up the  Federal Family Education  Loan (FFEL) Program.
