Commission on No Child Left Behind
The report is the result of a commission's work to produce concrete recommendations on how to improve the No Child Left Behind Act and specifically its impact on closing the achievement gap. Housed at the Aspen Institute, the bipartisan commission is funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, the Joyce Foundation, the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, Carnegie Corporation of New York, and the Spencer Foundation.
