True to their faith, true to their teams by David La Vaque Mubarik Musa will wake up by 4:45 this morning to eat, drink and pray before going back to bed. Then he will rise again, walk to school for a full day of classes, spend about two hours practicing with the varsity cross country team and walk home without eating or drinking until about 7:30 p.m. Musa is observing Ramadan, the holy month for Muslims in which they fast from food and water from dawn to dusk.
