"Teacher diversity doesn't match that of pupils"

The lack of bicultural, bilingual teachers is evident throughout the country, national pre-kindergarten experts say. And some worry that as education requirements for preschool teachers increase, it could further shut out certain minority groups that might be interested in the profession.
