Message From EWA's Executive Director

In the past two years, much has changed at the Education Writers Association. We eliminated membership fees and expanded our scope to reach an increasingly diverse array of education communicators.  We hope you’ve noticed.

Going forward, we will continue to strengthen EWA so it can better serve members like you. With increasingly complex issues confronting policymakers, the need for high-quality education journalism has never been greater. We take pride in helping you meet that need through event scholarships, webinars and great online resources like Story Starters.

Right now, the first $5,000 will be matched by contributions from members of the EWA board. Please make your tax-deductible* donation today at our secure donation page.

All the best,

Caroline Hendrie
