Rezolve Names Brad Baker Chief Operating Officer

The COO will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Rezolve Group, as well as its two primary subsidiaries.

SACRAMENTO, CA – June 13,
2012 – Rezolve Group, Inc., an
innovative student aid technology and services company,
today names operations and marketing innovator Brad Baker as its Chief
Operating Officer and President of its subsidiary Student Financial Aid Services, Inc.
Prior to joining Rezolve
Group, Baker was Chief Operating Officer for the National Research Center for
College & University Admissions™ (NRCCUA®), a
non-profit research organization that operates one of the country’s largest
college and career-planning programs and provides enrollment marketing services
to thousands of colleges and universities.

Baker will be responsible for
the day-to-day operations of Rezolve Group, which employs more than 300 people,
as well as leading its two primary subsidiaries; Student Financial Aid
Services, Inc., the nation’s oldest and largest student aid advisory and
preparation service, and Student Aid Services, Inc., the leading provider of custom
net price calculators and enrollment enhancement services serving nearly 700 campuses.

Track Record to Leading Growth and Innovation
As COO for NRCCUA, Baker drove revenue increases by developing new
technologies and services and by expanding outreach programs, such as My
College Options®, to become one of the nation’s largest
college-planning programs for students, families and educators.
Prior to NRCCUA, Baker served
in top executive roles for the employment and career-and-college-planning
online service Monster Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE: MWW). While at Monster, Baker
held several top positions including President of Monster Technology, Product
and Service where he was responsible for product management, technology
development and operations, and for directing the overall design, development,
implementation and service of Monster’s wide breadth of products and services
across the globe. Prior to that role, he was Monster’s Chief Product and Marketing
Officer and helped drive Monster to be among the most
widely recognized and respected brands on the planet.
Prior to that Baker was a Senior Vice President responsible for their campus
and consumer businesses including Making It Count!, FastWeb, MonsterTrak and
Military.com.
As an entrepreneur, Baker
co-founded the advisory organization, Making It Count!, which was acquired by Monster
in June 2001. By making thousands of presentations in schools each year, the program
educates high school students and their families about how to maximize their
high school and college experiences. Since its inception, Making It Count! has
reached more than 25 million students in thousands of high schools and colleges
across the country.
Early
in his career, Baker served in marketing and general management positions with
Procter & Gamble, Kraft Foods, and SFI.
A Wisconsin native, Baker earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from
Harvard University.
