EWA Webinar Looks at New Digital Resource for Tracking Student Progress
Friday, April 20, 2012
Later this month, the College Board Advocacy & Policy Center will announce its "Completion Arch," a new digital tool for measuring community college student success. On April 25 at 3 p.m., EWA is offering its members the opportunity for an advance look and demonstration of this comprehensive resource, as well as the opportunity to ask questions of College Board officials.
Through this Web-based resource, the Completion Arch will categorize all
publicly available metrics relating to student progress in five key
areas: enrollment; developmental education placement; progress; transfer
and completion; and job placement/workforce outcomes. The Completion
Arch will allow users to track similarities and differences in the ways
that regions and states measure data related to the progress of
community college students.
