Transportation from the Airport

We recommend InShuttle ($20/roundtrip). Please remember that EWA does not reimburse for ground transportation.

Registration

Sunday

Registration will be in the Atrium of the Wyatt Center – please register before proceeding to session. EWA will be running buses for attendees from both the Marriott Vanderbilt and the Loews Vanderbilt to the Wyatt Center; they’ll be running from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Separately, if you are traveling straight from the airport to the Wyatt Center, please be aware that both the Marriott and the Loews will have luggage vans available outside the Wyatt – we encourage you to check your luggage with the appropriate van. Your belongings will be sent to your hotel and held by the bellman until your arrival later that evening.

Monday and Tuesday

Registration will be located in the Foyer of the Student Life Center – please register before proceeding to session. Both hotels are within easy walking distance of the Student Life Center; likewise, the Sarratt/Rand Center is a three minute walk from the Student Life Center. There will be no buses running between hotels and the Seminar locations.

Site Visits
